MCDOWELL LTD provides household cleaning services for residential customers, including regular home cleaning, one-off cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning and bespoke household cleaning.

3. Quotations

All quotations are provided based on the information supplied by the customer. The final price may be adjusted if the scope of work differs from the original enquiry.

4. Cancellations

We ask customers to provide reasonable notice for cancellations or changes to scheduled cleans. Cancellations made with very short notice may incur a charge.

5. Access

The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the property and ensuring utilities such as water and electricity are available.

6. Liability

MCDOWELL LTD takes care when cleaning your home. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues not reported before the clean begins.
